We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the entire hotel, including the rooms, hallways, and elevators, was impressive. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and modern, and we particularly appreciated the laundry room. The location was convenient, with many restaurants nearby, and we loved the beautiful view from our room. The free breakfast was a nice touch, with a good selection of tasty food.

Located in a convenient area, close to restaurants and with a laundary room, this hotel's staff are very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean, well-lit and secure, with nice furniture, comfortable beds, and well-maintained bathrooms. The breakfast is good and free, and the hotel offers excellent security measures, such as elevator access with a room key.

The cleanliness of the Holiday Inn Express Suwon Ingye, An Ihg was exceptional. The room, hallway, and elevator were all spotless and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the good security measures in place, such as the need for a room key to access the elevators. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good in terms of quality and taste.

Our Christmas stay was enjoyable, thanks to the perfect cleanliness of the room and the beautiful view it offered. We loved the comfortable bed and the bathroom with its nice fittings. the hotel's staff was very kind and helpful, and there were many restaurants to choose from in the area. Plus, the laundary room was very convenient and useful.

Although the hotel was in a good location, the subway station was a bit far and the limited buses made it difficult to get around. the breakfast menu was somewhat limited and we had to wait for some food to be replenished.

Great Value and Awesome Staff

The hotel offered great value for the price during the New Year period. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the laundry facility was a pleasant surprise. The staff was very polite and always helpful. There are many restaurants nearby that offer great food. The hotel is within walking distance to a bus stop that can take you anywhere.

The noise insulation was not great, and it was easy to hear other guests walking in the corridor or talking late at night. The parking was inconveniently located across the street and in another building complex.
